Contributions to American Patriots PAC (Patriots) are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes, and donors should consult their tax advisors about the tax treatment of contributions. Patriots is an independent-expenditure committee and does not coordinate with the candidates it supports on plans, strategies, or tactics. There are no limits on the amount that an individual or corporation may contribute. All donors and contributions will be disclosed publicly. Patriots does not accept contributions from federal government contractors or foreign nationals. By contributing to Patriots, you affirm that you are a United States citizen and the funds for your contribution are from American sources. In addition, your contribution, whether personal or corporate, will not be reimbursed by another person or entity.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
